Determined Admission Arrangements 2011/12
The admission arrangements for all community, foundation, voluntary aided,
voluntary controlled schools, trust schools and academies in Nottingham
City for the 2011/12 school year have now been agreed.
The admission arrangements are used to allocate places at schools for the 2011/12 academic year.

My Role as the Every Child Matters Worker (ECM)
at Milford Primary School

Breakfast Club
Milford offers 30 free places for children at a Breakfast Club from 8.15-9.00 each morning of the school week and I run this.
Attendance
Another of my roles in school is the checking of the registers each morning.
I ring the parents/carers of the children who have not arrived in school to
obtain a reason for their absence. Parents are legally obliged to have their
children in school on time and learning and I support them in this where I can.
I also do the Getting Ready for Nursery Group
Events
I work on activities and events with parents who are keen to get involved
and offer their support to school.
I run a Coffee Morning each Thursday and if you would like to come along
for a chat, for support or just for a coffee, you would be very welcome.
Finally I’m involved in Literacy Family Learning with South Notts College.
Parents and Carer are encouraged to learn how the subject of Literacy
is delivered to the children in Key Stage One.
