If you are a working parent or a parent going back to college, then we may be able to offer affordable childcare that suits your needs. We are also able to negotiate emergency and respite care for parents who need it.

M.O.O.S.E. is a community project and our services are on offer to other schools in the locality. We currently take a number of children from Blessed Robert School who are collected at the end of the school day by a member of M.O.O.S.E. Club.

Children are collected from their class after the school day and taken to the Club to participate in a variety of carefully planned activities. Children who are attending the club at the moment are being consulted about the types of activities that they would like to do and where possible, their ideas are included in our plans. Cooking, constructive and outdoor play, art work or board games are just some of the other activities on offer.

The ethos of the club is based around a nurturing family unit. The children sit down together like a family and eat an evening meal which has been prepared in our school kitchen using fresh ingredients. The children also share in clearing away the dishes after they have eaten.

All of the staff would like to thank the parents, carers and children for their continued support and we look forward to seeing you all in September. Please note that the new school term starts on Tuesday 7th September 2010.

Please contact Stephanie Williams- Rayner on 07500433013 for information in relation to M.O.O.S.E. or Milford Primary School on 0115 9152951 if you are unable to contact a member of staff on the mobile.

The cost of each session is £6 unless is given one week in advance that your child will not be attending. We also charge a late fee of £5 for every 5 minutes parents/carers are late collecting their children after M.O.O.S.E. ends at 5:45.
