Family Visit to Twycross Zoo
The Autumn term is time to welcome lots of new children as we have said goodbye to
our 4 year old friends who have moved to reception classes. We are looking
forward to making new friends and starting a new school year! Our initial
topics will be animals and keeping healthy.
For those readers who regularly look at our pages and remember the
photograph of our vegetable garden in May, check out how it looked in
July. We have already eaten tasty ratatouille with our courgettes,
beans and potatoes. We have also grown some really strong sunflowers,
and are looking forward to watching the flowers in the Autumn. Well
done to George who won our competition to grow the tallest sunflower at home.
